These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website wciecmbbsabroad.in and all services offered by WCIEC Organization Private Limited ("WCIEC", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Our Services

WCIEC Organization provides MBBS abroad education consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Free counselling and guidance for NEET-qualified students seeking MBBS seats abroad.
• University shortlisting and application assistance for NMC/WHO-approved institutions.
• Visa documentation support and pre-departure orientation.
• Assistance with accommodation arrangements and airport pickup coordination.
• Post-admission support including FMGE/NExT coaching guidance.
• Education loan facilitation through partner financial institutions.

We operate as a consultancy and facilitator. Final admission decisions rest entirely with the respective universities, and visa approvals are subject to the relevant government authorities.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all forms and communications.
• Ensure all documents submitted (academic certificates, identity proof, NEET scorecards) are genuine and valid.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation.
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, identity, or any other material facts.
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of our website or systems.

Fees & Payments

• Initial counselling consultations are provided free of charge.
• Service fees for application processing, documentation, and other assistance will be communicated transparently before engagement.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• University tuition fees are paid directly to the respective institutions. WCIEC does not collect tuition fees on behalf of universities.
• In the event of visa rejection or university denial (circumstances beyond WCIEC's control), refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis per our refund policy.

Limitations of Liability

WCIEC Organization acts as a consultancy and facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Final admission decisions made by universities.
• Visa rejection or delays by immigration authorities.
• Changes in university fee structures, course curriculum, or accreditation status.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on our advice.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government policy changes.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to WCIEC for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design — is the exclusive property of WCIEC Organization Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Termination
